
RICH ALLEN

Former Pro Athlete | Corporate Teams and Leadership Mindset Coach | Elite Athlete Mental Health Consultant | Sports Industry Sales and Marketing Consultant. Rich Allen was a Pro athlete for 21 years, supported by Nike™, Gatorade™, and the British Olympic World Class Performance Program, among others. While racing professionally, he also worked as an endurance coach with over 300 amateur athletes, and as a leadership mindset coach with C-suite executives, A-list celebrities and political figures. Since retiring as a pro athlete in 2013, Rich has served as Head of Brand Partnerships for the NASCAR™ #98 team and as Executive Director for the Professional Triathletes Organization, a 501c. He later became the exclusive US distributor of Zone3™ triathlon gear, and then the Founder and CEO of Stingray™ lifestyle gear. Stingray™ became renowned for its support of four ocean conservation charities and the Navy SEAL Foundation. Having sold Stingray™ in 2023, Rich turned his focus to business coaching and consultancy, a culmination of his extensive professional sports and business experience. He currently consults in three key areas: Corporate teams and leadership mindset coaching; Elite athlete mental health consultancy; Sports industry sales and marketing consultancy. To date, Rich has worked with ZeroWheel™, GamePlan™, EAMG Sports™, BayCare Health™, and Mawer Capital™, as well as helped individual executives and elite athletes 1-on-1. During his athletic career, he won 9x National Pro Championship titles, earned 7x Ironman™ 70.3 Pro podium finishes, and secured 2x World U21 Championship silver medals. Rich also achieved professional victories in iconic events such as the London Triathlon, Ironman™ 70.3 UK, and Powerman™ UK. He is the only British triathlete in history, male or female, to have won combined National Professional Championship titles at Sprint Distance, Olympic Distance, Long Distance, and Duathlon. Rich was a proud member of Team Scotland for the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games, and Team Great Britain for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games where he was a DNS.
